Wayside Inn Knysna

The location near restaurants was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant.

The location was particularly good and fantastic, really close to several good restaurants and the northeast coast of the United States, such as New England or Maine and easily accessible. The staff served fresh fruit, cereals, and eggs for breakfast.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were rather noisy.

the deluxe room was fabulous, it had central heating, a multi-channel television, and a sitting area.

Great location, within short walking distance from shops/pubs/entertainment in Main Road. Staff were friendly and curteous. Breakfast was simple and to my liking.

Sound travels through the inn. Breakfasts are from 7.30-10am, if you're thinking of catching a late morning snooze, you won't be able to, unless your room faces away from the breakfast area, perhaps.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast here with toast and bacon to start the day off right.

The spot was just perfect, super close to all the places we wanted to check out - we could walk there in no time! 🚶‍♂️.

The room was clean and had a stunning view, plus it had its own bathroom. 🌅 the staff was really helpful whenever I needed assistance. the price was £545, but considering the awesome location right by the lagoon, it was worth it! .

I stayed at Wayside Inn for a couple of nights and it was a great experience. The staff, Trish and Marion, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was delicious. They even had an honesty bar with a variety of options. The location was convenient and the value for money was excellent.

I chose Wayside Inn for its convenient location near the attractions I wanted to visit in Knysna. But I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel offers a laundry service upon request. This was a great convenience during my trip. Additionally, I loved that Wayside Inn is just a few meters away from shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore and dine in the area.

Bathroom door issues, unpleasant smell, noisy surroundings.

Stay in the heart of town and close to everything with this charming village accommodation. the comfortable and clean rooms have a cozy cottage feel with lovely decor. Enjoy the warm, professional service from the staff, and don't miss the delicious English spread breakfast taken on the front veranda. Take a stroll in the nearby forest or visit the waterfront just a short walk away.

Comfortable room and beautiful furnishings. Handmade soap and free wifi. Friendly and helpful team. Easy parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the centre of town. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The rooms on the first floor were lovely, with newly renovated showers and a balcony out the front. The location was perfect, right on the main street of the town, making it easy for me to walk around and explore.

All was excellent, no improvements needed.
